We keep newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not accidentally re-add you. Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless we have a continuing relationship.

7. Unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time on our unsubscribe page. We process opt-out requests within 48 hours.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of essential and analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
9. Children
Our content is intended for an adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
